I sure wish it would stop raining for a week or so. Every time I plan to till the garden, we get another 2-4" of rain! I've replanted several of my tomatoes 2 and some 3 times already. I'm ready to get some plants in the ground! Now the forecast is calling for next 2 nights of frost. I covered some plants last night, and protected some fruit trees as well. I guess I can't complain too much, in So IL we normally don't have a "Spring" it usually goes from winter to scorching hot. This is just some of my plants ready to be planted, I replanted 2dz more tomatoes yesterday and plan on repotting a full flat (50) of peppers today.

Similar situation here but frustrating because I can’t get the aviary dry enough to turn and put down fresh mulch. There’s no way I would consider planting until at least Mother’s Day due to risk of frost/freeze. We lost and had to replant several plants last year during the Mother’s Day freeze.

I don't usually put my tomtoes out until the middle of April and usually still have to cover them with a bucket due to a late frost for a night or two. The first of May is generally safe for me.

Same here - basil and tomatoes go out in the beginning of May. Every time I've tried to cheat, a last minute frost kills the ones that are sitting outside.

Can we have some of your rain? It's been dry here. There's some forecast for next week.
You know it has to be either dry as a desert or flash floods. Just like too hot and too cold. It can't be in the middle.
