Too much red pepper or is it the valbazen?

UPDATE: Well, the boys and girls don't like the red pepper. I don't know if it's the taste or the spice or what but this morning I put new feed on top of the peppered feed and they attacked it. So, there you go. Maybe I just put too much, although the squirrel-deterrent factor has been only moderate.
