And page has had difficulty loading.

Will be signing out now and hopefully it will be resolved by tomorrow :)
 
Sorry you're having this issue. We haven't been able to duplicate it :(

Have you tried a different browser to test? Is it all pages all the time? What exactly does the "top bar jumping" mean?

Are any other people having this issue? Please post details and which browser / version.
