Just got these 3 hens. He called them black rambler pullets. Also got two bantam hens. All three black ones have this issue to a degree with the worst being about a 1/4 of bottom beak sticking past upper beak. If you zoom in on pic, you can see the white of lower beak and black top part of upper beak. If the name black rambler isnt what they are, they may be black copper marans. They have feathered feet. I need to know if this is accidentally broke off or could be a disease they could give to my current flock.

The seller told me via text that is the way this breed is. I picked them up after dark so I didn't see this til today. He didn't say he trimmed beaks.

It's not a disease for a chicken to get her beak broken at the tip. Just spray some vetericyn on it and keep an eye on it. It will take some time, but it will heal, about as fast as a fingernail growing.
My only question is why all three of the blacks ones are this way? The two bantams are fine with no beak issues.

i honestly dont know. If all the cuts look the same, id say someone did it on purpose. there is a very low chance of them all getting chipped at the same time
So there isn't any diseases or parasite such as mites, etc. That can cause this??

I had a very similar thing happen last August after I picked up 6 pullers. Since then it has corrected itself for the most part. My pulleys were raised commercially in a large open barn. I believe on wood chips. What I think is there was nothing for the birds to wear the lower beak down stones etc. My birds free range and have now worn their beaks down. I even made a similar post. Here are a few pictures from last year.
