Top of heated waterer that holds the water

I just broke the top plastic portion of my heated waterer. Anyone know somewhere that sells just that part? I'm not finding anything.
I thought just the top might be less pricey than a 40$ new heated waterer esp when the bottom heating element still works fine.

Could you improvise something? ....or glue the pieces back together? A picture of your appliance might be helpful.
