Torn Comb - Advise?

I just introduced my 5 month old Buff Orpington into my flock of 5 last night. This morning I went to check on her and the back half of her comb was torn off and I think one of my other chickens probably attacked her. I cleaned the wound with water and I have put neosporin and corn starch on to stop the bleeding. I have also put her in her own cage and I covered it to make it dark in hope that she would settle down. Is there anything additional that I should do?

You have done everything that I would have done. Continue putting the neosporin on every day or so until she heals. She should heal soon, as chickens have a quite remarkable healing ability. Just this week, one of my birds had a chunk taken out of her comb. She is now fully healed, and you can't even tell that she was ever injured.
