We got rain, lightning, some thunder, and lots of wind, but nothing nearly as severe as a tornado watch implies. It was over within an hour of the watch being issued.

I know I just discovered this thread. I live in Mich and on monday night we had severe thunderstorm warning and a tornado watch and it was like 60 degrees in the day. This is Michigan we are not suspose to have thunderstorms in January! Go figure. All our snow we got at new years is all melted and the weather is back to normal, more snow predicted tomorrow!

I was in the middle of all that..luckily everyone came out ok. It is a very scary experience indeed.

Uh oh....we've just been upgraded to tornado warning................ that's not good. And it's just for Franklin. And I can hear a siren................... talk to all y'all later!

KY is under a watch until 9:00PM. Our local sirens have gone off twice with announcements. No warnings yet.

Wish I had a basement, the best we can do here is crowd into the powder room. Fortunately, the storm has passed -- not such good news for folks to the NE of me since it's headed their way.
