Total Coop&Run makeover!

Hi! So this is basically a place where I will be updating on how the makeover is going. My plans are:
- New bantam Coop
- A pen for the bantams
- New flooring in the ,,Big" chicken run
- Renovate the ,,Big" chicken coop

Please feel free to post any oppinion or advice that you have

So first I decided to do the run flooring.
I used wood chips and I have to say They are amazing! They look good and best of all the run is not muddy once it rains. There have been at least three rainy days after we put it into the run and it works GREAT! Here is a pic

Thanks! I want to paint the windows, doors and nest boxes light pink and the else white. The inside will be white with a mirror with gold frame
