Alright, I am sorry but I have to poke the zombie thread.

I have seen a lot of references to white leghorn being flighty and high strung, my girls (17) in production around 28 weeks old are so calm I have to poke them with a stick to see if I am going to get the next egg or not, a lot of people are referring to them as spirited.

Mine are hi-line 36 high faluting some thing or weather,straight from MSU. Maby I wounder the stock family and not the bird you know.
