totally stuck please help

I'm so confused, I can't feel anything around her vent, there is no bulge or anything, she walks but puts her wings down to steady her, her tail is now tucked underneath her, she doesn't squat or sit, she doesn't seem to be trying to push anything out, have I got this wrong????

If egg bound,egg could be stuck much further up than around vent area,or it could be egg peritonitis or ovarian cancer. Is she able to poop? Is she eating/drinking? Any swelling in her abdomen?

I had no clue my girl was egg bound until I saw her jumping in and out of the nest box.
She was restless and walking all over the place and a fast pace.
She was in trouble.
I first did the physical exam to feel for the egg. I felt bones and what ever else there was, but really no egg, nothing felt like an egg.
That's when I really got panic. I thought that egg must be stuck somewhere deep.
The whole time we waited for the vet in the wait room I gave her a syringe full of calcium electrolyte water.
I do not know if she would have passed the egg herself.
Because I intervened and took her to the vet. And he got the egg out.

She is pooping of sorts, it's very watery and smells bad, she eats and drinks sort of, she doesn't squat or seem to be trying to pass an egg, there is no swelling in abdomen and it isn't hot or anything, she is now under weight and her crop is empty

I think It is a heavy lice infestation, they are round her eyes on top of her feathers, I dust the coop and dustbaths and I spray the coop and dust and spray my chickens, no other chicken has any on them at all, I'm so confused

If you can see the lice,then yes this definitely could cause her symptoms. Also look at the base of her tail feathers and vent area.

Its defo lice, I can see them, and the base of her feathers around vent look like q tips, white fluffy stuff, so I have just gone and got frontline, as nothing else is working obviously, I just hope I've caught it in time

My girls had the lice.
I used Y-Tex GardStar, Garden and Poultry Dust with Permethrin. At Tractor Supply.
Also Sevin 5% Dusting Powder. It is for gardens also.

I'm in the UK, I had dust and sprays, I do the chickens and coop every few weeks, I have been out while chickens are roosting and none of my others have anything on them at all, just Sarah, she is not good, she cant even pick her head up, I don't expect her to make the night :-(
