Totally stumped on breed and gender

This bird has me stumped, in the pictures it is 16 weeks old, not crowing, kinda looks like a roo but I don't even know the breed. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about the breed (Mixed Breed maybe), but that is a cockerel.

I'm not sure what breed either, but he's definitely 1000% cockerel. See the long shiny pointy saddle feathers in pic 3? Pullets have shorter duller rounded saddle feathers.

Looks like a Barnevelder cockerel.
