So long story short, I rescued a goose egg from some dogs about a year ago, made an incubator, and shockingly it hatched. Now I have an almost one year old goose that I simply don't have room for anymore. I have her in a good size pen with a pool and a house, but we like to let her out to roam the yard. But we have very close neighbors and she's started wandering into their yards.
I'm looking for someone that would be willing to rescue her. I'm looking for someone with other geese, lots of room, hopefully a good area to swim and the "know-how" for caring for geese. This is my baby and it breaks my heart and I won't be able to let her go unless I'm 100% positive she's going to good hands. I'm also almost 100% sure she's a boy, I'm just in the habit of saying she. She's perfectly healthy and loves loves loves her pool. I live right outside of Charlotte NC on the state line and would need someone that could either come get her or meet me somewhere close. Anyone interested can PM and go from there.
