Any ideas? The buff looks maybe like a Cochin? The lighter one I can’t tell. Guy at TSC said they were doing 3 hatcheries this year, but guessing still Hoover. 5 pics of each.

If they're Cochin Bantams the currently yellow (lighter) chick could be a Buff Cochin Frizzle Bantam and the one with a red tinge could be a Red Cochin Frizzle Bantam. If they're male and female do not breed them to each other.

I'm not 100% on the breeds, but I had a SR assortment of bantams I got at TSC last year. And they look a lot like the Cochin bantams I had.
