Tractor Supply Chicks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too am mostly glad that TSC requires a 6 chick purchase minimum...or I would have probably brought home more chicks than I did!
However, in the future, I can see how it would be aggravating, since we may only need a few to get a a time.

My TSC chicks were the neediest, runtiest chicks I've ever come across. My store orders from Privett. I lost 2 of 8 and all have fought pasty butt for the 3 weeks I've had them. On the bright side, both if my bantam Cochin turned out to be frizzled

I've also had problems with my Bantams from TSC afflicted with Pasty Butt. I had to cure it by following the advice here on BYC. I was able to get two D'Uculle and three Seabrights but unfortunately one of the Seabrights was returned to them after it prolapsed. I am reading that these type of problems are common with TSC although I have not had it with any of their regular sized chicks, only my Bantams.
