Looks like a RIR or Production Red. Age is probably in the neighborhood of 2 weeks old.

I agree...RIR or Production Red.

For future reference, the best photos to take to help with chick identification is of a full profile shot while NOT being held so that we can see the full body in natural pose. Then a close up head shot of head and comb.

Indeed the red light would have made a bad picture, so next time just put them somewhere to get a couple of shots in natural light.
