Trade off for hatchery vs. breeder

I know breeders will have higher quality birds and hatcheries will have sexed chicks.
What do you prefer? I wish there was a way i could get quality and sexed chicks. I am not to worried about price because any other type of bird would be hundreds of dollars.
Can anyone suggest a hatchery or breeder? I know there is a breeder page. Can anyone give me some insight?

You would probably get a lot of suggestions if you narrow it down by breed.

Ok then, well i mean silkies, ee's(Or purebred americauna, araucana) orpingtons, brahmas, and bantams as well as anything particularly friendly. I don't need to get them all at the same place
