Tragic accident- a teenager buried alive in a grain elevator

This is the news report about a kid who worked with my DH. They were cleaning out the concrete elevator, when he entered it and was buried alive.

It is heartbreaking, he was a great kid. He went to church with us. He has four brothers and sisters, and he worked to bring the pay checks home to his single mother.

That is so horrible, my heart weeps for his poor parents!!

I also wonder about the person who was supposed to be with him when they got separated. No matter where the fault lies, his guilt will probably live with him forever.

Tragic. We live in a world where we have forgotten how easy it is to mess up and pay for it. Especially around farming. It may not have been a farm, but its part of it. I just hope the law suits don't close the business down and end other jobs.
I bet your husband is super upset.
You are all in our prayers, the young man is in a good place, even if the great place was with his community and family.
