Trained chickens. . .video

I love your buffs and your blog. We have four buff orpingtons. I just love them!

THe pictures of your girls swimming were TOO much!

We also have a blog. We are just getting the hang of it though. Our pictures aren't as good as your pictures. We need to upgrade our camera!

Thank you very much Rebekah. They are pretty good about going into the coop (thank goodness). It's very useful when I'm in a rush to leave the house quickly and they need rounding up. I'm glad you liked my blog. Please feel free to sing up to "follow by email". Each time I post, you'll be sent a notification. smile Have a great day!

You too, Kelly! I really appreciate the wonderful people I meet through love of chickens. And John 3:16 means a lot to me too

I just checked out your blog. I think you photos are great! Nice start on the blog as well. You're little flock is beautiful. We started with 4 as well, but
lost one to a predator. I'm wondering if your girls are actually Buff Orpingtons though. I'm not an expert, but they look awfully dark in coloring. You should post
this picture on the "What breed or gender is this" thread and see what the pro's think.

We met their parents, who were Buffs. The farmer only had Buff roosters. But, I guess it is possible that the mom was really a RIR. My one bird has a dark face because she has "purple stuff" on it to cover up an injury. It's taking forever for the "purple stuff" to fade. I agree about my roo though, he is dark!
