cant wait to see some more pics and that sounds just like my Donald and Daffy just they would never swim and when they did i had to blow dry them and they wouldnt go more than 2 meters from me. even now they wont go further than a couple meters then come running back quacking almost asking me to come with them XD

im thinking of creating a longer cage for them. i just think theyll be happier with a larger pen.

that would be nice! im going to bulid a big cage with a house for them! i was even think if we had any drakes out of our ducklings. and contacting the lady we got them from seeing if she might want to breed of of their girls with my drake! then she would incubate the eggs and then when they hatch we can have like two ducklings! xD but i doubt that will happen.
i would do it myself but i have no idea on what to do or how to incubate the eggs lol!

Well if you buy an incubator it does the job for you. i had no idea how to incubate eggs and i had never had ducks or chickens before but i just had a go and i got these two jewels. like this when your the first thing they see trust me you cant walk anywhere without them chasing you and staying inbetween your feet

Donald and Daffy finally swam today. although the total amount of time was less than 6 minitues its still an improvement XD

I was in my room and donald and daffy were playing in the house and i decided to watch an american dad episode. as soon as the intro music came on donald came running jumped on my bed and sat on a pillow to watch. made me laugh soo much i had to just record him. he got annoyed that i was filming him and trying to stoke him so he decided to nibble my finger XD

Because my ducks spend loads of time with me do you think they will become depressed if i go away for two weeks. im leaving for two weeks but there staying with my mum and family just wont be getting the same constant contact as they do when im around. they have gone like a week without interaction im just wondering will they be fine without me? im sure my mother will talk to them and my sisters will sit with them occasionally but does anyone think they will suffer without me?
