Training Chicks to use a ramp

I have many other videos I’ve made with this batch of chicks saved to my profile on there as well. I started making these videos after seeing the same questions about waterers asked 4,000 times on here.

I never had to train my older girls to use the ramp. The coop was lifted but still low enough they would just jump in. They're now 16 weeks and use it. I'm not sure when they started. Now, the coop is lifted higher and we have 4 new babies. I'm hoping theyll just follow the other girls and learn from them 😂

It’s not really training so much as encouraging them to utilize both the coop and the run when they want or need either one. Many people on here get worried about their chicks not going back to coop or not going out to run. It’s also just more evidence of how young chicks can do these things and not be locked in your bathroom forever. :D

Ahh ok. I brood mine in their coop so that may be why I never had to put them back. That was their home from day 1.
