But... IP can’t have a Thanksgiving Chicken if they wait! I’m all for waiting until after Thanksgiving for CHRISTMAS decorations. I do that myself. But that glorious rooster really should be celebrated all year.THANK YOU for waiting until after Tday!
Good Point!I’m all for waiting until after Thanksgiving for CHRISTMAS decorations. I do that myself. But that glorious rooster really should be celebrated all year.
You know nothing about us or our flock. You don't know circumstances or frankly, what you are talking about. They are ALL very loved, taken care of and very HAPPY. So sorry you feel the need to be so judgemental. This doesn't affect or concern you. I do not judge you or anyone else, and I certainly would not be so RUDE.Well, I don't countenance with dressing up live animals no matter the time of year.

JMHO. That's allowed on a public forumYou don't know circumstances or frankly, what you are talking about.
Good to read that they are adjusting.A more to-the-point update: it rained all day yesterday, and I mean real hard rain, not the drizzle that sent the chickens inside sulking before. It seems that they have figured out where the dry areas are, and they remained outside all day! So, we have a lot of progress. I'm feeling hopeful for the winter.
