Transportation

I am hopeing to buy some full grown rhode island reds soon. I am curious as to the best way to transport them from their original home to mine. Would a good sized dog crate work? Thank you in advance for your help.

I assume you are moving them yourself? Yea a good size Dog crate would be good. You might want to take along a blanket or sheet to cover the crate. Sometimes the movement freaks them out & they slam themselves into the wire trying to get out. Covering them will keep them calmer, quieter
