So here's the dealio, I am bringing my duck to an elementary school to educate students. I was going to try to get a pet stroller for him to relax in, but the only store that has them... is asking for A LOT of $$$. What would be something easy and as "stress free" to carry him in? It would need to be something simple and even something I could possibly make.

I use a normal cat carrier for my ducks; a bit of straw in the bottom and they're happy enough

I get all pet carriers from Goodwill or free off of craigslist. I have a med just in case I need to transport a duck, but have yet to use it for anything other than my cat.

You might be able to fashion something out of a 1'x2' piece of luan (thin sheet of wood) and a pop-up laundry basket.
