transporting 3 adult runners, and introducing them.

That will be the real test in there at night. Anyway to divide it on the inside in case there is going to be any issues?
I could but it wouldn’t be quick and easy. They can come inside at night for a while, moving them back and forth I feel is more traumatic however they are safe and sound. Maybe tomorrow we put them together and see what happens. They will have the day to see each other through the fence today.

I agree @416bigbore they looked really good to me. They need to work it out themselves as long as no one is getting hurt. No way to put a large dog crate inside your coop for the night so they can sleep together with out being right in each others faces for a few nights. Gorgeous place you have there for them.

I never thought of that, they run to the crate whenever they are scared so that would work slick.

SO a bit of a success here today! My wife sent me this picture, it’s hard to tell but the white runner is in the pool, and when I look right I can see straight through her nostrils I am very excited about this as she was the dirtiest and was so packed in with mud she looked deformed. She looks much better today and is actually white!

Thank you, my wife and I have, as usual ended up much deeper into this whole duck business than we anticipated.. but here we are.
We have a lot going on at work right now, and machines all over the place but when I can free up a backhoe I have plans for a pond. When I get there..
at that point the ducks will be moving down the field, I’ll probably stick with the electronet fence until I am really happy with where they are.
