X2, you are best off to get someone to come check on them once a day or so if possible, but you can leave them alone for a day or two, just be sure you have multiple water sources, and the eggs may be a problem (don't like leaving them collecting in nests and in winter they freeze). With adult chickens, you can usually get your coop and food/water set up so they really need minimal care.. many people use feeders and waterers that last a couple of days before needing refilling anyhow, and you can do roll-away nests even ... so whoever is checking usually just checks once a day to collect eggs and be sure they have food/water. Another good place to check for pet sitters is vet offices.
