If your using a crate or box keep either pretty dark that should help keep her calm and when stopping offer sips of water. In other words don’t let her drink a lot at once. Put towels in the bottom of what ever your using to transport her in an puppy pee pads over top for easy clean up. Maybe some dried mealworms as a treat along the way.

Hello Abby, I would speak to a local avian vet as well as look at the department of agriculture website for all states you are passing through. Most states require ducks to have a vet certificate/bill of health and may require testing for certain diseases prior to travel. If you are NPIP certified this is an easier process. Additionally your vet should be able to provide you some guidance on traveling with your duck and what to expect.
