trays...Found the answer

Hi there
My eggs are waiting to go into the incubator. This is the sportsman with the hatcher in the bottom. On the web site and manual it says that it holds 288 chicken eggs. Well i dont think so . there is 2 trays for each shelf ,,,which there is 3. So 6 trays altogether. Each trays holds 30 chickens eggs. Total of 186 eggs. Is there some thing that i am doing wrong. ? Do you double stack them.? I know you can with quail.

Yes i have the paper ones. The other ones for the chickens are on back order. I have one plastic for the chickens eggs. It also holds 30.

Just went on the site. I bought the wrong trays.....

Does that mean you have too many eggs? Hope it works out for you.
