Treat for both?

Can I treat for coccidiosis and blackhead at the same time? I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my adult Tom Turkey. At first he seemed congested like with a respiratory illness so I gave him some respiratory support essential oils. Then his nose started running a lot and his congestion lesson. He lost some of his appetite and seem to shake like he was cold so we let him cuddle with the rest of the flock for warmth. Today his poop was neon yellow and then neon green and diarrhea. He drinks a lot of water but doesn't eat much. Today I gave him his first dose of Metro Plex as I'm guessing it's blackhead, but I'm also wondering about coccidiosis. Can I treat for both at the same time?

Also his snood is thick at the bottom and gets in his way....perhaps swollen or frostbite from being wet from his snot? I've never seen a snood do that.
