Treatment Help

Bless she sound in distress. Are her nares normal? She looks younger than the other 2 looking at their bills? Hear any congestion?
They look smaller than the other 2...and so is her bill. She is smaller all around really. She acts pretty normal ...movement and eating/drinking wise. I held her chest up to my ear (that was a production 😜) and i can hear her breathing but its not crackling or anything like that.

I really don't. I did it to a 'normal'one and then her...feels the same other than neck thickness from the size difference.

Only thing I can possibly think of is she ate something and its now stuck in her throat, I guess time will tell, At least she is eating and drinking. Do you have a vet anywhere near you?

Update!
Called 3 vets..none would see a duckling 😵 So reached out to my lifelong family friend who is a vet and asked his opinion (he treats large animals/cattle insemination) but he reminded me that he did go to school for all those years and had to learn it all 😂 so he took a look and gave her an antibiotic/anti inflammatory combo to give every 12 hrs for a few days. Holy cow! After one dose she was already SO improved! And I swear she suddenly grew overnight! I am so relieved! Thank you all!

What problems? He did look and said nothing stuck and that she had a respiratory illness and the meds should clear it...

I'm so sorry, this old brain confused you with someone else, they were feeding only rice and weren't allowing the ducks to bathe in water. I get people mixed up a lot.... doesn't help it being late.
