At what are can You give chics scratch or treats, Fruit or vegetables?

I gave my chicks treats more or less as soon as they hatched. In moderation.
As long as they can access grit, any age, although I prefer to give less treats to very young chicks.

Mine particularly love Greek yoghurt.

Whenever their beaks are big enough to eat what you are offering. Ours get budgie seed as a first treat and they love it. They only get it when they come out of the brooder for a play so they are always begging to be let out.

Treats are more for the keeper than the chicks, better they eat only their chick starter. First 'treats' mine get is a hunk of sod from near the big birds run sprinkled with chick sized granite gr.
Definitely provide good grit.

I bought about a 2 gallon bag of granite grit from the local mill, they put it in their chicken scratch. Ran it thru a colander with 1/16" holes. Bagged the smaller stuff for the chicks and sprinkle some over a chunk of sod in the brooder during the second week.
