How often should i feed my chicks stuff like apples pears watermelon?

i feed my hen as much as they want they love it dont no about chicks tho

chicks are 7 weeks old is it ok to give apples pears watermelon ? also cracked corn a hand full a day ? they seem to like the watermelon and apples the best i think there favorite is worms from the garden

You don't want to over do the treats for growing chicks. They should be getting only about ten percent of their diet in treats. Giving them grit so their gizzard can grind the treats would be a good idea.

thanks for the info they have been out side for 3 days now have a nice run for them around 20 / 30 do you think i need to add grit are can they get it from the run
