Sorry I can't help you. I have not read anything to that nature before. Maybe that is why nobody has responded yet. I'm curious to know if there is anyone else that has had similar experiences with trembling legs. You don't think the duck is stressed or scared do you?

Funny. I wish I had some idea. I posted the same thing about my khaki x runner mix back on 7/6. No one answer me with any ideas either. I can't figure it out.

Well... I also was having a similar issue exceot that now my baby can't stand and her legs are becoming deformed. I have been told to try giving her brewer's yeast and niacin so I am going to try it tomorrow. Perhaps you're having a similar problem?

Hi,

I just got my 4 runner ducklings by shipment across the country and the 3 largest ones have trembling legs when they stand as well.
The one response I was able to get was Niacin as well from Wifezilla earlier today. I have emailed the breeder I got them from and hopefully she has some advice and can tell me whether they did that before they got here or something went amiss on the flight.
I will go and buy some Niacin today and try it out, I hope it works!
The ducklings seem totally content otherwise...eating, drinking, playing and cleaning themselves...they just look like they're cold cuz they tremble...but they do it whether or not they are under the nice warm lamp in the house, or in the mini outside baby pen.

Keep in touch.

Lauren
