Aurora, sound a like your getting the storms we just had. Good luck.

So much rain a tree fell over in our neighborhood. . Huge old oak. Of course it took out the power in the whole area. We were down for 5 hours. Took the girls for a stroll. All the neighbors were out. Daisy got surrounded by kids. Kids were having a blast. Annie was in the middle of things being hand fed clover. Lots of selfies taken. Adults get as big of a kick with the girls as the kids do. Something about turkeys seem to make people just grin. I'm betting they will sleep like a couple of logs tonight. They got lots of attention.

On a lighter note...it was a beautiful day here yesterday. Girls got mobbed by roving kids on bikes. Daisy of course relished the attention. Annie thoroughly inspected the bikes. As they rode off Daisy started flapping. I swear she had thoughts of flying after them. Now that would be a weird sight. A little gang of kids biking around the neighborhood with a turkey flying amongst them.
