Ralphie, he's gorgeous! Wow! I hate to think of him in a roasting pan....

Friend rode by this evening on his bike. Biking helmet & gloves. Yeah, you guessed it, Annie was all over him like a cheap feathered suit. He took off the helmet so she could property inspect it. She chirped & tapped it for quite awhile then went for the gloves. Just glad i have understanding friends. Funny, Daisy eyeballs them then hops in my lap, Annie has to give them the once over. They have very different personalities.

Well my chickens are all back to laying. Little darlings. Even my 7 year old SS pushed out an egg today. What a girl!

No turkey eggs. However, they had some type of minor scuffle. Both hens have some bite marks on their heads & waddles & they are eyeballing each other. Not sure whats going on...hormones maybe?

Ralphie, Scottsdale AZ was gorgeous. However Phoenix & Mesa seem to be just a big pile of rocks. Don't mean to be cracking on the desert, just not used to that landscape.

Love the poult pics!! Been having withdrawals!

Hey Holm...how are the new girls doing? Have they fall'n for Mr. T's charms yet?

Ralph, how is Snitch?

Spring has sprung here. All the early blooming trees are blooming. I am getting leaves on my red buckeye. We are literally a month ahead this year. I have some test plants for the TN Extension Service & have been keeping yearly notes for them. This is the earliest spring I've ever seen.

Oh crap Ralph. My heart just dropped. Hope JJ will pull through. What symptoms does he have? This is such a bummer....

Finnie.....we still have late daffodils blooming. Our late bloomers. Just my favorites. Like little balls of sunshine on grey late winters day. Noticed our redbuds in bloom today. Crazy early.

And so glad chair poult is doing well!

Also relieved that Porter is still around. Good for Coffee, hope it works out.

Ralph...good luck....

We put JJ in a huge gas chamber and let him go to sleep, I am sure he will pass in the next hour if he has not already. There was no movement inside the chamber. We emptied a full can of ether into the chamber, a 55 gallon barrel with wood chips for his comfort. Sad but relieved his pain is over. He was special to us.
Ralph...man...so sorry.
