Tricks for Making Fresh Eggs easier to peel when hard boiled? Please help! Looking to make a bunch of deviled eggs for Christmas and want to save time. Thanks!

sorry just found some older threads on the topic; please disregard

1. Put a pin hole in the large end of the egg, just into the air sack It won't break the egg but it will allow the boiling water in between the shell and the membrane.. makes for easier peeling

2. Have the water boiling before you put the eggs in.

3. When they are done, take the pan and put COLD water in it until all the water around the eggs is cool

Peel away.

boil water add salt then add eggs boil 15 mins only. rinse with cold water let sit in cool water a few mins then peel. easy as pie.
