Had some flowers after Mother’s Day and I figured they’d make a nice prop. It went as well as you’d expect, haha. Maybe next year...

I wasn’t sure if they were safe so I brought them back in the house. I’ve got feisty cats though who kept knocking them over so I had to put them in a room where I could keep the door shut. Hello bathroom roses lol!

Actually I just remembered that cut flowers from a florist are usually sprayed with stuff you wouldn’t want your chickens to eat.
But if they’re from your yard and you don’t use chemicals they’d be okay.
