Tried to sell my 5 week old cuckoo maran - thing as a cockerel, I get told it's a hen...?

Really guys?? She has really red wattles and comb is very pink, not as red as my Light sussex x cuckoo maran cockerel, but all my other little lady chicks have either pale peach or yellow combs..
