:frow

I am finishing a hatch right now. Last duckling in mid-assist. I’ve let broodies (chickens, ducks, and pigeons) hatch so many this year, my incubators have been turned off for a while. But the sight of a freshly hatched duckling never gets old.
My original plan was to let the silkies do my hatching. Then I found out I really don't like silkies, and got awfully impatient. :D

@Trimurtisan how’s the hatch coming along?
Meh, the incubator has not shot craps on me yet. Last I checked was day 9 and there was 4 viable eggs.

To be honest I'm already over this incubation stuff. I've got a few pullets near laying age, and hope they do the job from now on. I basically paid $300 for a single chick and that is a crock of crap...
