Lol, I wouldn't call us Debbie Downers. I'm all about experimenting but I think people are just trying to be kind, not knowing if you're fully prepared for the likely letdown that double yolkers often entail. Plus a lot of people stumble across these threads later possibly considering trying the same as you. I'm sorry you didn't get one to hatch this time but there's always next time!
