Triple yolk...SMH

Following along to see what happens! I had two roosters whose breeder said hatched from a double yolk egg, but I’ve never heard of a triple yolk hatching. Excited to see what comes of it!

If it was just 2 I would guess this one would hatch because the egg is sizeable, but what worries me is the 3rd yolk that looks not fertile, I just hope it doesn't go bad!

Anyhoo- I candled this AM. The embryos are hanging out in center of egg, so I can only get pics of the veins. You can see them moving, I will try and figure out how to put a film on here. The one unfertile yolk looks to have been pushed to the point of the egg.

I am curious how that unfertile one will effect the others.

I just set eggs whenever. I don't think he likes it, but I don't have to ask permission. If I did he would not approve. But chickens are in expensive and cheaper than a shopaholic.

I mentioned before, the eggs prolly will not make it past day 10, Today is day 7, all we can do is wait and see at this point.
