Well, I have a polish and she has been laying for like 2-3 months. Her eggs are USUALLY just fitting all around in an egg pocket in the carton, but yesterday I got a HUGE one from her! It measured about three inches (very tall) But she normally lays ones smaller, like Isaid. Do you think this could be a triple yolker?

I'm going to crack it tomorrow, I'll update it when I crack it!

I recently got a HUGE egg from one of my nearly 4 y.o. hens after her molt. I would have sworn it was going to be at least a double yolker. I kept it for several days trying to find a scale to weigh that bugger. My husband grabbed it for his breakfast one morning unbeknownst to me. He reported after that it was just a normal egg, no double yolk. I was a little disappointed that he used it before I could weigh it and that it wasn't a double.

Let us know what you find!
