TROPICAL STORM FAYE MOVING TOWARDS LOUISIANA

Day 3 for us now (Cross City, Fl)...finally the sun is shining! Occasional outer band...more lightening than the previous days...but chickens are free ranging and happy---but chain saws are busy with clean up.

Take care...those of you in Panhandle, AL, So GA, and LA...it's a very wet one!

Wish you all would find a way to send some of that moisture in our direction.

We got lots of wind and about 2 minutes of rain last night.... freak thunderstorm. Wind is blowing now... sunny and almost 100 degrees. Chicks will be headed back into the coop for the rest of the day soon.

Hope everyone makes out okay in it all. I've been through a couple of New England Hurricanes and they're not fun. It's been a long time since we've had one hit us hard and we always talk about how we're overdue for one. Looking forward to hearing from everyone after it's all said and done so we know everyone's okay!
