Trouble child and teacher at my daughter's school

Nurse chiming in here. Many children have immature bladders until they are older. Many until age 12. It doesn't mean she needs medication although it could be helpful but maybe not.

I also homeschool. It's a choice I made for our family for a multitude of reasons. Some choose public school, other's don't. So what-lets stop bashing each other for choices we make that we feel is best for our families.

The school nurse can certainly help you and your daughter with her bladder problem and should be willing and able to talk to the teacher.

The bully? The prinicipal needs to be involved.

Fine. I'm back from my corner, counted to 10. Wow, we're all over the board here with our life's experiences and I found many responses to Strawberryhousemouse's dillemma very rich and full of love for her child's welfare! True, nobody's right all of the time, but so many good ideas came your way through this forum! And from so many different angles! You know many prayers are headed her way. Please keep us posted on how it turns out!

I said she was the first person responsible in her child teachings. Put another way she must make sure that her child is brought up right & know what others are teaching her. My child goes to public school but I set the checks & balance system.

It is just as embarrassing to pee your pants as it is to make a puddle.
