trouble in the coop

Hi, Jesse here, I lost 8 chicks I got last week , all had the wobbles , is this mariks or just in bread, I was told they were dosed for infection and I don't need to do any thing with them, its the first time I saw this and have hens and ducks six years now.

How old were the chicks? Depending upon age, coccidiosis would be my first suspicion.
