Solved Trouble Loading Avatar Pictures - was Trouble Loading GIF Avatar

Was trying to change my avatar to this:

It's 28.2 kb and 200 x 200 pixels
This is the message I got:

I think I found the problem... I think there is a pixel max, not a file size max. Maybe the software has trouble scaling them?

When i had that problem i screen shoted it and did it that way. Probably wont have the cute movement though. If ur on a cell try a desktop instead. Best of luck! Cute avatar!!

That happened to me once on the TEG site.. It was corrected.
