Trouble with Buy and sell posting

Hello all,

I have a question concerning the buy and sell forum...When I go to create a classified add, it tells me that I can't, I need to read the rules on the forum. I'm signed in, been a member for about a year. I went to the agreement page, but I can't find anywhere to check to prove that I've read and agree with the rules. What am I doing wrong?

Same thing had happened to me...as Kevin565 said, you need to have had 20 posts.
