trouble with hatch

i am not getting good hatch from incubator humidity is between 60 -70 % chicks die in shell inside membraine is sometimes shrinkwraped to chick air cell seems ok size all this happens before and after start of pipping what is going on can someone help

During the first eighteen days of incubation, what is the incubator temperature at? What about the humidity?

What is it on lockdown? Is your incubator still air or does it have a fan?

99 degrees all the time 60 -75 percent humidity all the time forced air

I candle twice at 8days and at 14 day then leave alone

The temp is right, the Humidity is way to high for setting the eggs......70% is for lock down and hatching eggs....I am no expert but I am hatching eggs......
