Trouble with nurture right 360 Incubator

Hi I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble getting your duck eggs to fit in the Nurture Right 360 Incubator? This morning I just started my new incubator, I had 10 duck eggs to put in but 5 out of the 10 were too big for the egg turner tray. I thought this incubator was supposed to do duck eggs. thank you

I did and I realized it was entirely user error on my part. I had the gray tray upside down, so the turning tray wasn't sitting correct and the eggs wouldn't turn. Once I got the gray tray placed correctly, everything worked great. And I felt like an idiot. Hopefully this helps!

Duck eggs have always fit for me BUT if you have especially large eggs you can buy different turner inserts for different sized eggs. I have one for quail eggs, one for turkey eggs, and one for goose eggs too. The turkey one would work for large ducks.

The seller that made mine doesn't appear to be on Etsy anymore but here is another one! I also see that they have a turner for emu.... This is giving me bad ideas. lol

I just want to hatch them and play with them while they're cute and tiny....maybe walk them on a leash around my neighborhood a few times and then visit them at a friend's farm. Is that so much to ask? LOL
