Trouble with pippers and partly hatched chicks

Ok good, should I worry about the one that keeps rolling over to its back?

and it seems to only be able to open 1 eye

How long ago did it hatch? It's eye may be gunked up from the egg fluid. Wet a q-tip with warmish water and wipe the eye carefully along the line of the lids. See if that helps?
