Trouble with quail rails. Need help

I have a hoverbato 1588 I bought quail rails for it. They turned out great for my first hatch. My problem now is I was fixing to start another hatch and my rails aren't working. I've only used them once. What am I doing wrong any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a hoverbator, so can't help with the issue. I doubt you'll get a reply from any of the people in this 12 year old thread. Most of them haven't been BYC in years. I hope you figure out the issue with your rails.
